First, IMHO - I wasn't attacking you or GBBS or your concerns or your plans
with it.  I was just stating my personal observations and conclusions - based
on what I've read from the posts from you and others about GBBS on this
newsgroup so far.  I have nothing on my web site related to it - never did and
never will - per your clear instructions, so don't concern yourself with that.

There were programs related to use with the GBBS system independently developed
by others, which were intended for use on GBBS operated system BBS boards -
which were archived in the AOL A2 collective and which I arranged with the
Exec. staff of AOL to coordinate the transfer of for free public access by all
Apple II users - to Ground (our main A23 ftp site on the internet).  They were
there
legally on AOL and with the AOL, ftp site and the authors knowledge and full
consent, they were transfered with all the rest of the AOL A2 rchive
collectives and resided on Ground in the AOL collection folder - until I read
your posts here concerning GBBS and anything remotely related to it and your
desirte it not be freely available to the public for download access.  

Your posts about GBBS and your desire to bring a law suit against anybody or
any place that had anything related to GBBS prompted me to request the removal
of the shrinkit archive titled: FD5.0.GBBS.SHK know as FidoDog or some such
title and some sort of program collection for use on BBS boards using GBBS. 
They were promptly removed at my request and suggestion also.

BTW, if you'll recall I'm the fellow who emailed you advising you that GBBS was
available on Asimov in the first place and telling you I'd be glad to assist
you in having them removed - as I had a nice relationship with the
administrator of the Asimov ftp site.  You never even bothered to reply to tha
email either.

Good luck in your development efforts with your software and I hope you sell
many copies and stimulatemuch interest in its use and support it well with many
prospective future BBS operators that buy it.

So, it appears you don't think you are killing GBBS - then my hat's off to you
with giving it all the life and support, development, improements and
popularity you can possibly give it.  And pardon me for ever getting involved
in anything related to it.
