   Ftp sites should hold the single .shk; cba2 segmented bsq. Problem
is, ftp sites (whose name should be slightly modified to
'dumping-ground') have atrocious organization, store multiple versions
in various places, pander to thieves and pirates, and generally are a
disgrace.
