Can only speak on the RamWorks III, but I think the drivers work the
same:  There is a program that will tweak the RAMWORKS [bin] memory
driver program to use as much or as little of the memory as one sees
fit -- at one time I had my 1.5 meg RW3 set to use the upper 960k as
a RAM disk, leaving the bottom section for ProTerm's use.
