    Because Americans love it when the guy who is #1 gets kicked around,
abused, and destroyed.  They resent Bill Gates because he earns a lot of
$$$, and they resent MS because the company has been a smashing success.
The fact of the matter is that these dolts who have been attacking MS
incessantly, would rather have Janet Reno in charge of  the computer
industry rather than the free market.  I don't think these people have any
particular love of the government...they just hate MS.  Indeed...it is
lonely at the top.
