The First Amendment reads:
"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion,
or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of
speech, or of the press; or of the right of the people to peaceably
assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."
The Ninth Amentment reads:
"The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be
construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people."
this tells me that yes, Nathan has the right to voice his opinion(s)
about people. HOWEVER, those people also have a right not to be
harrassed by Nathan's comments. If Nathan wants to actually provide
evidence, then his claims move beyond simple harrassment into the
realm of fact.
to date, i have seen NO EVIDENCE WHATSOEVER to support Nathan's
claims. for the record, harrassment IS against the law, so it would
actually be to Nathan's benefit to get his proof out in the air...
