No joy...sorry...

The closest thing would be an Apple IIGS equipped with a Video Overlay
Card (VOC).  The VOC is a genlock device and can overlay two video
signals.  It also has direct TV-RGB inputs.  Sadly, no PPC outputs this
type of RGB directly (the signal is right, but the frequency is too high).

If your Mac was a Mac II series with the old Nubus first generation video
card, then it would have the option of outputting TV-RGB...which could
theoretically get this old Mac's output onto a TV through an Apple IIGS
with a Video Overlay Card...just FYI...
