Nathan, let me tell you a little secret: the ONLY reason that i have
considered getting rid of my //gs is because of the pissy attitudes of
flamers here.

i define a "pissy attitude" along these lines:
   (1) telling people that the only way to get anything useful is to
subscribe to Delphi, GEnie, AOL, etc.
   (2) flaming people for no reason
   (3) refusing to let old discussions (and their topics) fade away
long after others have lost interest
   (4) making generalizations about people as a whole, based on one's
perception (substantiated or otherwise) of a FEW [for example, your
statements about the readers/posters on csa2]

in short, you.

how the HECK can you even THINK about making yourself to be a pariah
for the Apple ][ series in any way, shape, manner, or form when you
insist on being a prick?

i'll tell you the same thing i told Turley: if you see something you
don't like, IGNORE IT. DON'T FLAME, DON'T POST. it doesn't help
anything, and it only causes hate and dissention. if you MUST post a
flame, at LEAST provide evidence, instead of just making a foolish
accusation.

no matter how you cut it, that's advice worth taking. i've been known
to follow it myself... ;)
