Re: Apple II GS Software
Dearest Nathan,
It has come to my attention that the following usenet post implicated me as
being a software pirate. Please follow this email with a complete list of all
illegally copied software that you know I am in posession of at this time.
In addition, please email me the complete transcripts and communications logs
proving that I have either used, distributed, or downloaded copyrighted
software from any "pirate" site.
If you wish to discuss the activities on my now defunct "earthlink" account,
you have been advised in the past, that I was not aware of the nature of the
software sent to that FTP site, and was in no way condoning the distribution of
copyrighted software. Further debate on the topic is encouraged, but if you
cannot provide substantial proof of my guilt, it is recommended that you
discontinue any verbal or electronic harassment.
In other words, please submit proof of your claims, or I will be forced to use
any means necessary to have your account terminated by visi.com, or pursue
legal action against visi.com for the willfull propagation of slanderous
activity.
Sincerely,
Steven W. Mentzer
