   That is normal for an "unenhanced" //e. The "enhanced" //e says
"Apple //e" as correctly noted in the official csa2 FAQ at
http://www.visi.com/~nathan/a2/faq/csa2.html section 2.3 which details
which chips need to be swapped to enhance it, where you can purchase
them, etc.

   That's those 4 chips mentioned above, used to 'enhance' the //e.
