Depending on how the company folded, rights may have been sold off
to creditors/etc, or reverted to the programmers, etc. The problem is
that the pirates do NOT have the politeness, guts, or anything else to
ASK first before pirating-- the fact that people have HAD to complain
about their stuff shows that they'd rather just pirate everything in
sight, despite claims of nicety or anything else.

Bottom line: ASK first, and if it's questionable, do NOT post
it. Otherwise, there's piracy, and the supporters of that are liars,
thieves, and crooks. The organizations that care to check out proof of
reclassification could use a lot more content, but the fact that very
little has been added in the past year (including some titles that
some pirates and liars are trying to claim have been reclassified)
shows that the pirates can neither back up their claims, nor do they
want the legitimate users to enjoy reclassified materials. But, the
thieves would like everyone to join them in their garbage dumps rather
than give anything back, so that's no surprise. Get rid of the
pirates, thieves and liars-- the facts are clear that they're clearly
in the wrong and are not to be tolerated.
