The PCT was a hardware Turbo XT emulator manufactured by Applied
Engineering.  You need a disk image to boot it up.  A copy is on
ftp://liquefy.isca.uiowa.edu/8/ground/apple2/apple8/Pgms/ as the
file pctbootvol.shk...according to the description, it is an .shk file with
the PC Transporter system software and a disk image that can boot
into MS-DOS directly without additional hardware or software...
