I wasn't set up for cross-compiling. I run the dpkg-buildpackage
itself in the DockStar.

I've only cross-compiled the kernel before, and have not tried cross-
compiling a whole Debian package. I figure that the packages will be
more complicated because of library dependencies and such, so I
haven't bothered. dpkg-cross (with dpkg-buildpackage's "-a" option)
might help.
