Need help with Lode Runner

Waxing nostalgic, I recently downloaded the WinApple emulator and Lode
Runner.  I can't remember the 'extra man' cheat, or how to change the
keyboard controls to:

up = i
down = k
left = j
right = l
dig left = u
dig right = o

Right now, I'm using the num pad and the ALT keys, but the ALT keys are
mixed up (left digs right and right digs left).  Can anybody help?  Thanks
