It depends on what communications program you are using on your IIgs.
With Spectrum, for instance, the Clear, =, /, and * keys from the
numeric keypad become PF1 - PF4 respectively. This is with the Keypad
mode checked or unchecked in the Settings/More Display Options...
menu.
I believe ProTERM can also create these keys by using an Option
(closed apple) keypress. I know that the VT100 arrow keys are
simulated by ProTERM by pressing option-arrow on your Apple II.
Check the manual for your communications program and see how it says
to send VT100 keyboard codes.
