If you are trying to connect to a composite monitor, there is nothing
special about the cable.
You can just use a audio cable from a stereo or a patch cord used to
connect video or audio to a VCR.
It is just a cable with RCA connectors at both ends.
I have some for sale, but shipping to Europe would likely cost more than
the cable.
