You only need a simple RCA-style phono plug, available from any stereo
shop.  The db15 RGB output next to the phono plug outlet on the back of
the IIc is not usable without either an RF converter box (made special
for the IIc) or an after-market signal processor adapter such as the 
Video 7 (available from Alltech Electronics (www.allelec.com) to connect
to an RGB monitor.
