i know what you mean. i'm not sure how it could be pulled off, but IF
it can, i'm interested. a sidebar to this thought is interesting, if
i read it correctly-- physically transporting the parts from a NIC to
an Apple ][ bus-compatible board... (better yet, use it as a model
and start designing a NIC from scratch... <g>)

that's great, if you HAVE a Mac. i don't. probably never will,
either. i might be talked into looking at an Appletalk card for my
PC, though...
