Are you saying that you used some like IR to disable and remove
Winflate from your system while you still have windows deflated? If
so then there isn't a bug in Winflate. You just did something that
shouldn't be done.
Removing inits and such from your system on the fly is a risky
business and should never be done without careful consideration.
Myself, I just deactivate things and reboot my machine to be sure
everything is okay.
However, if I misunderstood your message, which is quite possible
because I had a hard time following a lot of what you said, then there
might be something to look into.
