You are mixing your fruits. The Mac, LaserWriter, WYSIWYG, and PostScript were
a marketing package (and the package that eventually sold the Mac). Naturally
Jobs had no interest in including the Apple II and it was not part of the
effort and it was not included in negatiations with Adobe.
