   White Apple key? On darker keys? Sounds like a very old //e
keyboard, but the system may have been upgraded to the enhanced
rev. In any case, it's the control, solid apple (not outline) and
reset all at once. The //e is simple enough that it can notice such a
thing immediately and you don't have to worry about timing as much as
on a GS.

   Sounds like it didn't like the RAM onboard. You may need to replace
the RAM chips on the motherboard. The //c diagnostics will usually
tell you which chip is bad, but it looks like you may get to replace
up to 8 chips. Also, try turning the power off, opening up the //e,
and pressing down firmly on all socketed chips on the motherboard and
any cards. They may creak back into position if they're slightly loose
in the sockets. Also, dust out the system if messy inside.
