In the IIe Technical Reference Manual, along with rather a lot of
documentation that you would need to actually make use of the signals on
the auxiliary slot.

Another possible source is "Understanding the Apple IIe" by Jim Sather,
which is probably still being sold by Byte Works.  (If you're lucky,
they might have the IIe Technical Reference as well.)
