Only with a UDC.

It is identical to the Laser drive. Laser drives WERE Chinon drives,
basically Macintosh drives. They ran on Macs, the Laser 128
series, and an Apple II with a UDC card. They don't work on a GS
or IIc/IIc+ floppy port.

The UDC or a Laser 128 series computer. The 128EX/2 will run
it the fastest.

It won't work on a IIc.

It won't damage anything, most likely, but it will only work with the
Laser UDC. It is a Macintosh compatible, GS non-compatible drive
except that it has an eject button. Some models have a daisy chain
port (meant for Lasers or Laser UDC, not the Mac).
