HELP! printing document

I am trying to print an old PD file......

Is there a command to print screen on an Apple //e? Using an Imagewriter II
which works perfectly......

Printer output options:

1. vertical multiplier     2
2. horizontal multiplier   3
3. print density           dual
4. smoothing algorithm     yes
5. form feed before print  no
6. form feed after print   yes
7. inverse image           no

Output requires an Epson MX-100 attached thru slot 1.
