   That's one of Apple's nonstandard Postscript additions to the file,
and the reason why printers without the fruity logo on them can refuse
to deal with GS-created "postscript" files. If there's a unix box
nearby, I'd suggest hacking up a quick sed text filter to remove that
line and thowing that filter in the lpr lines, but I don't think
you're running such a customizable network.
