If you really want the Hierarchic CDEV, search around for it. You can get it legally, for free (I *found* it, and there were no "illegal to copy" notices, and there was a link you could click on to download the software. This was not on a pirate site. I *have* an ABSOLUTELY legal copy of it, which I got with some other software I ordered.
