If you do not have any bootable Apple II diskettes, then you will
need to obtain one from another Apple II user. A PC will not create or
read/write Apple-compatible diskettes without a special hardware add-on.

The IIc can use DOS 3.3 and ProDOS diskettes. A good place to look
for the diskettes you need is a local Apple II group or Mac group. Apple
Blossom may still be selling a 'Modemming Starter' disk which you could
order. Or; if you are not anywhere near the US, you could email a csa2
poster who seems to be nearby, offer to pay mailing + diskette costs and
ask him/her to send you a couple diskettes.

If the above gets you nowhere, feel free to email me and we can set
up something to get you started.
