Do you have these Apple IIe computers connected to Apple
ImageWriter II printers? If you do, you could try unplugging
the cable from the printers and plugging the printer end into
the Macintosh modem port. This is a null modem connection
and once you have terminal programs running on both ends,
you can zmodem the files from the IIe to the Mac. If you are
looking for terminal programs for either computer, take a look
at www.intrec.com. Intrec makes Proterm for the IIe and the
Mac, a terminal program that supports zmodem. You can
transfer the files at a full 19200 baud.
