The PC Exchange control panel on the Macintosh can be set up to
read and write ProDOS disks. Just click it open and set it up and the
3.5" ProDOS disks will show up like any regular Mac disk. Randy
Shackelford can provide more detailed information than the FAQ on
this subject. Stay tuned, he reads this newsgroup regularly. Good
luck!

A second way is one I am more familiar with. Do you have an Apple
IIGS you can access? If the GS is running System 6.0 or 6.0.1,
you can install the HFS FST from the Install disk. With the HFS FST,
the GS will be able to read and write Macintosh formatted disks. If
you have access to a GS and it has both 5.25" and 3.5" drives, you
can even have a Mac formatted disk in the 3.5" drive and a IIe formatted
disk in the 5.25" drive and just copy files between the two.
