     Your questions do serve as a reminder of something I'd planned to
suggest but forgotten when all this 'bug - not a bug' business started.
It has to do with fairness.

     To bring Wolf-3D to GS users, Eric had to release the game as
freeware. There should be some tangible way for us to express our
appreciation for the work he put into the game and to encourage future
projects. If Eric would post his address, users who are enjoying Wolf-3D
could send something.
