Hi Anthony,
The simple answer is that...it won't. A Regular NES doesn't
have a multi-out port. As for the standard outputs, they're either RF,
or composite. And, since the Apple IIgs RGB monitor is RGB, and doesn't
accept composite input, you can't use it.
There may be a way to "cut into" an NES, and get an RGB signal
out of it, but it seems like a big hassle to me. And, there's no
guarantee that it would be a signal the Apple IIgs monitor could use anyway.
