maybe I am just cranky today, but that sounds like more more immature 9th
grade students, & I am getting tired of them as well....

No, the FAQ is so people have a place to find the answer for the same
questions that get asked again & again. Like I say to my students:
"Look on the board" or "read the directions" etc. etc .It is a useful
life skill, so give it a chance. Maybe they want me to be their mommy....

That said, I'd admit I've asked my share of dumb questions. But I try to
keep it in check. And have avoided all flame fests. But, really now -- to
parade around an attitude that says:
:I'm going to ask EVERY single question I want
: an answer to, WITHOUT reading your FAQ
think about it.
If you _aren't_ embarrassed about it, well, um....
shrug.
