Apple 2 cards on Mac and PC

Hi,

What can we do with original Apple 2 cards (AppleTell, MIDI 6850, ADDA
converter, etc...) on an emulator such as XGS or Bernie ][ ?
I think nothing... but if somebody has conceived and developped a PCI
card for PC or for Mac in which it's possible to plug original Apple 2
cards working with XGS or Bernie ][, I think it would be a good stuff
for the Apple 2 community and the survival of the Apple 2 system.
