Or if you have no spare cash (like me) you can save your Appleworks WP
files as text files (using the print option), and the SP and DB files
as DIF files.  I understand that newer versions (greater than 4.x) did
not include DIF.  If yours does, MS Exel can import DIF.  From there
you should be able to move it just about anywhere in MS software.
The pain of this is having to format/reformat everything.  I assme that
without DIF you could print a table format report, print it to a file,
and use fixed length record import in MS Excel.  I have not tried this
because I have DIF, but it should be possible.
