I tried a fairly large ASCII file, and a small binary, to the
same effect.  I could try a much larger ASCII file tonight,
but it really didn't look like there was going to be any problem
with ASCII, but when doing a binary file it would start screwing
up immediately (ie, 0 bytes transferred and I start getting
errors).

Yeah, if I gotta.  But I wouldn't be surprised if I find
problems getting these two guys talking, too.
