The Ensoniq has 32 oscillators, so would this problem
be characteristic of an Ensoniq failure in one or more
of these oscillators? On a ROM 01, you can replace
the Ensoniq chip by pulling it out of the socket. Alltech
was selling the chips some months ago and may still
carry it.
