Assuming you are trying Apple II disks in it, it may be simple
to fix. Remove the 4 screws on the bottom of the case and slide
the cover off to the rear. Sometimes the sliding assembly that
locates the tracks on the disk gets pushed to far to the rear.
You will see a disk with a spiral groove in it. Just slide the
assembly toward the front of the drive until it clicks back into
the groove and it should work. If not, post again and we can
give you further suggestions.
