5.25 //c to PowerMac

hello, i'm looking for help: i have 5.25' double density disks with
AppleWorks files (ProDOS version unknown) that i want to get onto my
7100. i have an Apple //c, a serial cable connecting the //c's modem
port to the 7100's modem port, a ProDOS system utilities disk,
AppleWorks 4 (which has system utilities) and a DOS 3.3 system master
disk.
using Adam van Gaalen's ][_to_Mac (shareware, http://www.caiw.nl/~adam,
vangaalen@caiw.nl), i can get the 7100 to download to the //c, but
][_to_Mac only reads DOS 3.3 or CHE-DOS.  the //c is borrowed; i don't
want to open it up. i can't figure out how to get the //c in the
Chooser, either.
