Well, if you were running a TCP/IP network, I'd tell you that it would
be pretty easy to write this type of application using Marinetti.
Marinetti may support TCP/IP over AppleTalk at some point in the
future but right now it doesn't.
You'd have to set the Quadra up so that the IIgs' could log in using
Marinetti and would assign each machine it's own IP address. That
way, machine 1 (example IP 1.1.1.1) could connect to machine 14
(example IP 1.1.1.14) and they could send data back and forth.
Mind you, I do believe there is an AppleTalk chat program out there
somewhere but I don't even know what it was called.
