I just bought my first Apple IIe.... could never afford one in the early 80's, so now I have one. So... I am not
real familiar with these machines.... The person I bought the IIe from gave me a disk, and when I boot it, it say
its Apple Dos 3.3, and then appears to load Integer Basic into the "Language Card" ! Well, nothing then
works.... for example,
] catalog gives syntax error
] 10 print "hello"
] run gives syntax error
] 10 print "hello"
] list gives syntax error
EVERYTHING seems to be a syntax error. Whats going on ??? Did this disk overwrite Applesoft basic with
Integer basic, and now I'm hosed ??? Anybody got a ProDos boot disc I can buy ??? Why is everything a
syntax error ???
