Ann: BscIT 2.1bB

I wasn't paying attention to the way I implemented the workaround to
how Spectrum encodes the filename (having only ever seen the one) so
while 2.1bA worked on the file I had it probably won't work on other
files. So I posted 2.1bB to cba2 and it should fix things. This should
be it for a while on BscIT since I'm busy with other projects.

One caveat is that if you encode a filename with a trailing space with
the Spectrum program then BscIT will leave it off (but how likely is
that anyway?).
