I still use my GS (and on occasion, my IIc) for 3 reasons:

1)  I'm a programmer at heart.  Using Appleworks with my database information,
I can export  to an Ascii file and then write BASIC programs to manipulate the
data any way I want to.

2)  I found a GS and IIc+ cheap enough to give one to my mother and one to my
mother-in-law.  They're thrilled, they can overcome the "Oh, what if I break
it" syndrome after hearing the price, and they both enjoy the machines.

3)  Nostalgia.  I bought my first II+ in the spring of 1980 (I still have it
and it still works), and I just like the feel of the classic machines.
