Either ICE or Utility works will work.  Icon Ed will not because
HyperCard IIGS icons are stored as resource icons in HyperCard
stacks and the HyperCard program itself.

Remember that some icons used in a stack may actually be in the
home stack or HyperCard program resource forks.  They may or
may not be in the stack's resource fork.
