Tip: "some type of error" is not too descriptive to those who might
want to help. The more precise you can be (*what* error message, in
*which* progam *when* which file was fed to it), the better. As noted
in the downloading section of the comp.sys.apple2 Frequently Asked
Questions (FAQ), at http://www.visi.com/~nathan/a2/faq/csa2.html
section 5, Binscii converters are *only* needed if you're downloading
binscii'd (.bsc or .bsq) files. With .shk or .bxy files, you can skip
the binscii stage.
