Go to the 'Special' menu in the Finder, then Preferences. You can
either change the setting for saving info to disk, or you turn off the
hiding of hidden files and manually delete the 'finder.*' droppings
the Finder uses to store window positions. I believe the 'Scarabadie'
Finder Extra can automate the toasting of such droppings.
