Now that was a good game. I was only able to keep the thing going
for 50 or so days though (as I recall); after that the failure rate just
got too high.
Anyway, to answer your question, I don't have any documentation.
I do recall how I learned to play though: I answered yes to the
"auto-setup" question, and watched all the options that were set. It did
take a few days though, but if nobody else can help you with docs, you
might try my way.
Also: Regular maintenance of turbines...etc. when you take them
off-line (during off peak) really helps.
