Hello,

Recently, I was dabbling with the cassette connectors on the back of
this enhanced //E.  This got me thinking that perhaps through the
cassette input you can transfer files back and forth without a serial
card.  I had a few questions...

Is it possible to save binary files to tape?  I looked in the Applesoft
reference and I couldn't find a thing.  Can anybody enlighten me on
this?

How exactly is the output on cassette formatted?  Perhaps it could be
possible to write up a program to output information out of a PC sound
card and into the cassette input?

Any input would be greatly appreciated,
