Such functionality is not part of Applesoft; it can be accomplished
with the system monitor however. Drop by the Apple II System Monitor
command reference at http://www.visi.com/~nathan/a2/faq/sysmtr.html
for that. What you're looking to do is "Address1.Address2W" (such as
"2000.2100W", no "s). The "R" command is similar, and has the same
syntax.
