   That announcement is pure bullshit, and has been retracted by the
poerson making it, but said person doesn't seem willing to search out
and cancel the archived postings to clean up the damage he's done by
it. 

   You look for WPGS by posting a want to buy ad on
comp.sys.apple2.marketplace.

   Available w/o manual from Alltech Electronics
(http://www.allelec.com) for $15. Given that it's a GUI program, you
should be able to figure out most features without a manual if you are
sufficiently clueful. It is a bit buggy (do NOT turn on module
preloading unless you like rebooting after crashes), but some have
decent luck with it. GraphicWriter III 2.0 from Seven Hills Software
(http://www.sevenhills.com/applesoftware) is far stabler, but doesn't
have Database or Spreadsheet capabilities, and is currently limited to
32K of text per frame. [It's also sold with full dox, etc]
