That is if the file is a .SHK, .SDK, .BXY, or .BNY. If it is .BSC, .BSQ,
or .0X (where x is a number), you would need GSCII or Binscii to decode.

Also, I have been having problems downloading shrinkit files wheather or
not their in binary II envelops via HTTP with Netscape Navigator 3.0
under the Windows and Windows '95 OS, as well as Netscape Communicator
4.0 for the Macintosh. I have had no trouble with FTP using any of these
programs (except I can't FTP on the windows 3.1 machine).
