Hayes MicroModem info needed

I am looking for information on the Hayes Micro Modem for an
Apple IIe. How do you access the modem from, say kermit?
What other telecom programs recognize this modem and where
might I find them? Any other info you can think of about
this modem would be appreciated. Thanks! :)
